Both are 1.0, in fact all the audio is 1.0 on this: the main soundtrack, the isolated, and the commentary, all mono 1.0 on the Blu-Ray and DVD.

Are these labeled in any way?

No, not at all. It just says Multiple Trailers on the extras menu and plays them all one after another, but as separate pieces; there is no way to skip to a specific one, nor are they labeled as theatrical or teaser, etc.
They are all individual files on the disc, so it's basically a playlist that tells the order.

There were 4 total and those numbers are the timings.
