Yes; on the main movie the track is listed as English AND I've checked a few sections manually and all audio is dubbed English - Germans and Dutch speaking English with German or Dutch accents, apart from the odd 'Prost' for 'Cheers' (which is widely known), which was followed by "This is good whiskey" in English. It surprised me given the mixed soundtrack on the US release, which is why I checked.

It would have been good to have the option but I suppose DTS-MA is an improvement over the US's Dolby Digital.
