Weird that reviewers for the biggest BD site in the world can post region A-compatible info but not region C. Their reviews are regularly technically deficient though, like the fact they never discern between mono and stereo.

Does anyone know of BDs coded A and B only?

Most of the info on blu-ray.com is user-submitted, so it's only as good as what they provide.

There are definitely A/B coded BDs, Terminator 2 original UK/Australian release is one of them off the top of my head.

When I set my modified Blu-ray player to region C the disc plays fine.
