GENERAL NOTES:
The British X-certificate theatrical release clocked in at 90 minutes and 53 seconds at 24fps while the pre-cert VHS ran 88 minutes and 56 seconds at 25fps. The original Japanese version runs roughly seventy minutes. The difference amounts to footage cut from the English-dubbed version and footage added to the British release from the sequel Tokyo Emanuelle: Private Lessons made the same year but not released on its own outside of Asian territories.
