According to the DVD Times review, "Prey" is not a true "open matte" transfer: it has been cropped at the sides, but no important picture information is missing (the Region 1 release is also 4:3). The rumored "Film 77" documentary ("Prey") is missing, since the BBC-TV wanted too much money to license this for the UK (says AB UK).

The R2 release is a different cut but offers a director's commentary, a radio spot, and remixed Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 soundtracks. -
