OVERALL: Blu-ray ALL
The UK release has everything off the US/Canadian release, adds a substantial booklet and other paper-based extras but also has a higher bitrate on the main feature on the 4K disc due to using a BD100 triple layered disc.
Also, the BD of the film in the UK set uses a BD50 and hives off the approximately 145 minutes of HD extras to their own disc so has less compression than the US/Canadian version which has the extras with the film on the BD disc. -
