OVERALL: R1
The R1 HBO version has a remixed stereo audio track, and a good selection of extras, including an isolated musical score track, but it is out of print.
There is not much to choose between the other three versions, although the R1 MGM has a slight edge with the theatrical trailer and a booklet.
