DISC ONE suffers from some very bad shimmering problems and the has had the video adjusted to give whiter whites but at cost to the detail levels.
DISC THREE's version would appear to be the same as that on the US Kino Video disc.
Packaging mistakenly states the third disc includes the "US Version". The versions are identical in content, but using different transfers. -

OVERALL: Draw
The 2011 UK reissue has an anamorphic transfer in the 2.35:1 aspect ratio with mono audio, though subtitles are not removable.
The Russian PAL, French 2-disc releases have an anamorphic proper PAL transfer with 5.1 audio and optional subtitles, though the transfer is slightly cropped to 2.20:1.

Note the film was originally mixed with both 6-track surround for 70mm screenings and in mono for 35mm screenings. -
