GENERAL NOTES:
Director Fred Olen Ray turned over the negative and all outtakes to the distributor who re-edited the film. His 2004 DVD was a composite of a German PAL master - a censored version which inserted cutaways to Indian wall art in place of the gore - and a Canadian VHS master (hence the shorter running time). When MGM was able to provide the original negative for the 2016 Blu-ray release, it was discovered that the negative was the censored version. The Blu-ray releases represent a composite of the censored negative and VHS sources to recreate the R-rated theatrical version.
