ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The earlier ABC produced episodes of series 1-3 (18 in total run) are now considered lost with the exception of "Fall of the House of Usher" and "The Open Door" from series 1. The remaining episodes were made later by Thames and are all 'surviving episodes'.
