The Italian release has some extras and also both English and Italian audio for the purists (English subtitles are included). Our visitor Kasase has also confirmed that the framing is correct.
Note, that at least the R1 Shriek Show / Media Blasters version seems to have some framing issues ; missing some information down the right side and bottom.
