Arch of Triumph (1948) Blu-ray

In the OVERALL section it states:
"It is unclear why the Scandinavian release has a longer runtime while being in the 25fps framerate."

I don't own this movie at all, but my best guess is the explanation for the longer runtime of the Scandinavian release is a combination of:

1. The inclusion of the trailer (2min) before the movie, which accounts for the runtime difference.
2. The transfer likely involving a frame rate conversion e.g. 30fps->25fps or 24fps->25fps, which would be consistent with the Note: "The image suffers badly from interlacing". This would explain why the runtime isn't shorter, as would normally be the case with a 25fps release.
