I remember reading the same thing had happened with UK releases, with the first including the documentary, and a second not including it. It seems that this is a separate release Chris, so feel free to post it in the YC forum.

Nah nothing loads at all mate, I press the Top Menu button, but because the film is skipping, it just keeps freezing.

The bd transfer is only marginally better over dvd occasionally during the movie and it could have been much better. TrueHD 5.1 audio is again way better than the dolby 5.1 on the dvd in terms of clarity and depth and perhaps the only real reason to update to bd, if you have a proper audio setup ...
